and when the group leader shows concern and

by the development of various communication
channels within the teams.

When engaged employees communicate their optimism,
positive attitude and proactive behaviour,
they are able to influence their colleagues and
the result is that they are all able to perform
better as a team.

Provide group spirit
That sense of there being a "we" leads to
identification with the team and greater mutual
cohesion, also when it comes to engagement.
Establish norms
A good example of these are the explicit and implicit
norms that shape the behaviour of the members.
Once it has become the norm to display a certain
behaviour or emotion, members will not only follow suit,
but it will also influence their subjective experience.
In other words, after a while, engagement can become
the norm for a group.
3. EXTERNAL FACTORS
Provide highly positive experiences
Working in a team inevitably leads to emotionally
charged situations. When these are highly positive
experiences, they can accumulate and lead to high
enthusiasm and engagement, which is ultimately
expressed in team engagement.

BETTER TEAM PERFORMANCE Team engagement leads to better team performance, a better team environment, a more positive effect and trust in the ability of the team, as well as to individual engagement.
