                          Rock Sound.
What have you learnt about the technologies from the
       process of constructing this product?
Digital Cameras
• Buy using a camera I could make sure that my cover image was
    medium close up (MCU).

• I kept in mind the rule of thirds and made sure that my masthead
and eye line for the main image was kept in the top third as much
    as possible.

• I picked a professional looking photo to make sure my cover looked
    as good as it could.

                                 • I used the camera to take images of the college to be used
in my contents. I took a range of images that shows
students/ readers what they can expect from the college.
Photoshop
• I used Photoshop to correct
red eye on the student on my
  cover to unsure that the
  photo looks professional.

• I used drop shadows on all of
my text to make it stand out.
InDesign
• I used the InDesign to
  generate the same colours
used on the cover and to use
  the same fonts.

• I set out the smaller images
  as I thought was appropriate
  to make sure that the
  contents looked up to
  professional standard.

• I kept the words and numbers
in set columns to keep the
  page clear and neat.
