Article XIII Social Justice and Human Rights
Social Justice and Human Rights Article XIII declares that the State shall promote social justice, agrarian and natural resources reform, urban land reform and housing; protect labor; recognize the rights of every citizen and people's organization, and adopt an integrated health development program. It also mandates Congress to enact a law creating an independent Commission on Human Rights, with the responsibility of investigating cases of human rights violation.
What is Social Justice? generally refers to the idea of creating a society or institution that is based on the principles of equality and solidarity, that understands and values human rights, and that recognizes the dignity of every human being
Article 13 Section 1 and 2 The sections 1 and 2 is where Unified accorded the legislature's enactment of measures that protect the rights of all people to human dignity, to reduce also inequality in society, in the field of economic, and political order dissipate in equality by equitable spreading wealth and political power for the good of all. On social justice promotes the commitment to creating economic opportunities based on freedom of initiative and self-reliance.
Labor This law are given rights and protections to domestic workers or even overseas. They also are given the right to self-organization and the right to strike in accordance with law. Also gives them the right to participate in the process of policy formulation and decisions relating to their rights and benefits.
Agrarian and Natural Resources Reform  This law gives the right of workers to have a competent share of the fruits they produced. The State shall respect the rights of small land owners retention setting the limit. Also the State must also provide incentives for voluntary land-sharing.
Agrarian and Natural Resources Reform  This law recognized the rights of farmers, as well as owners of the land. Where necessary to provide state support to agriculture through appropriate technology and research and Community Services adequate financial, production, marketing, and other support services.
Agrarian and Natural Resources Reform  This law also provides states with incentives to investment landlord accepted payment of the agrarian reform program to promote industrialization. The financial instrument used as payment for their lands shall be equity  to their business that they choose.
Urban Land Reform and Housing  By law the State will conduct a program to reform urban land and housing to provide affordable and decent housing for poor people and the homeless. By law also, should not destroy their habitat if not inconsistent with law and in ahumane manner. Also not allowed to move the residence of the urban poor without adequate consultation with them and the community relocated them.
Health  This law the State will provide free medical care to paupers.And the State also must establish a system of food and drug administration and undertake appropriate development and research responsive to health needs and health problems. The State shall establish an office for disabled persons for their rehabilitation
Women The law that the State shall protect working women and one should also consider for their work as mothers. And help them to achieve their full potential in serving the country.
Role and Rights of People's Organizations  The state should respect the part performed by independent organizations and protect the people, their legitimate and collective interests and collective goals through peaceful manner and in accordance with law. These people and their organisyon have the right to participate in all decisions social, political and economic.
What is Human Rights? The basic rights and freedoms to which all humans are entitled, often held to include the right to life and liberty, freedom of thought and expression, and equality before the law.
Commission on Human Rights (Philippines) The Commission on Human Rights is an independent office created by the Constitution of the Philippines, with the primary function of investigating all forms of human rights violations involving civil and political rights in the Philippines. The Commission is composed of a Chairperson and four members. The Constitution requires that a majority of the Commission’s members must be lawyers.
