The Omair Sana Foundation was founded in 2005 by Dr. Kashif Hussain Ansari to provide relief efforts in Pakistan. It has since provided medical relief and rebuilt homes after natural disasters. For the 2010 Pakistan floods, the Foundation set up medical camps and a field hospital that treated over 110,000 people. It also distributed food and supplies to 500 families affected by the floods. The Foundation plans to build 115 homes across two villages using local materials, add facilities like kitchens and toilets, and support sustainable livelihood programs for 6 months to help rehabilitate flood victims.
