Duties& Responsibilities
Coordinate with Construction team start from the base of the building for providing MEP services
incorporation without the violation of project quality requirements.
Coordination within MEP services for accommodating services in the limited space without clashes.
MEP Services coordinating with architectural layout to install all equipment’s and necessary accessories.
Ensure conformity with all quality control procedure and inspection requirements.
On site material inspection ensuring quality as per approved material.
Inspecting and ensuring all materials and equipment gets incorporated into permanent construction area
in compliance with the project contract requirements & specifications.
Reviewing the technical submittals and drawings.
Inspections of building services installation to ensure quality is maintained and are according to
International Standards
Inspection of all HVAC ducts as per DW144 standards.
Inspection of Fire Fighting pipes as per NFPA-13 & NFPA-14.
Reviewing shop drawings, material submittals and transmittals.
Issuing SOR (Site Observation Report) & NCR’s (Non-Conformity Report) for any discrepancy in quality
of installations.
Organising and attending internal project meetings with the client, contractor and sub-contractors to
review the progress of project and quality checks.
Testing & commissioning the entire systems and handing over to consultant/client.
Supervising activities including providing technical inputs for methodologies of the construction &
coordination with site management activities
Maintaining excellent relations and coordinating with consultant engineer, departments & supervisors for
daily work progress
Implementing Quality and Safety Measures at all levels of project activities.
