This document outlines an activity called "Model Dating" which combines speed dating and rapid modeling to generate ideas for the purpose of a network. Participants will respond to mystery questions, discuss their answers with a partner, visually interpret their partner's response by modeling with materials, and then discuss their interpretations to refine and expand their ideas. The goal is for the group to develop a shared vision for the network through these creative exchange and modeling activities.

Speed dating
Speed dating as a design activity, is similar
to the familiar social process. In design, it is
a method for talking and exchanging ideas
with each other, moving from one person to
another, for a certain amount of time.

Rapid modeling
It is a method to visualize your ideas, quickly
and intuitively using basic everyday items,
as way to express and discuss each others
concepts.

just express yourself
