There was this heart doctor who was making his

hospital rounds with him together with some
student interns. Visiting the room of a lady patient,
the esteemed heart doctor looked at the chart and
announced to his students, ―Here is a classic case
of TS,‖ and then left the room.
By ―TS‖ the good doctor meant, ―tricuspid
stenosis,‖ which is far from life threatening from a
medical point of view.
But the woman, who heard the diagnosis,
interpreted TS as ―Terminal Situation.‖ As soon as
the heart doctor left she thought, ―Terminal! I‘m
dying! Oh no!‖

her pulse elevated, her previously clear
lungs filling up with fluid.‖ When they
tried to reassure her that her problem
was a minor one, she would not listen.

THE STORY OF
NICK – the
worrier

Nick got accidentally locked…
in a refrigerator-boxcar.
Nick assumed that the
temperature inside was
a freezing 0°C. He
started shivering and
thought to himself, “I'll
freeze to death if I
don’t get out of
here.”

But he couldn‘t get out. So Nick wrote a
message to his wife and family on a cardboard
box:
