computerized voice recording do not prefer
to speak to an operator,
the company therefore should not go ahead
with the idea of removing the current voice
recording system.
18. In todays busy schedule no one has leisure
time as,
If a person wants to speak to an operator, it
will be a time-consuming job as 1 operator
cannot deal with N no. of consumers (as It
may happen).
While if computerized voice recording system
is adopted it will be a faster means of
communication.
