All tasks must be completed for first lesson back after
half term.
1. Finish theory table we started last week and use it
to write your essay: “What are the social
implications of representations of black females in
the American media? (table and essay should take
you about 2 hours)
2. Read table on “The Male Gaze” and
“Postcolonialism” and complete the tasks. Email
sbhstaff@aquinas.ac.uk or tweet @aquinasmedia
with any questions (3 hours)
The new theory is difficult and you need to
understand it properly. Meet up and read together
to help each other. You can’t leave this till the last
minute.
