9. Tiles, Marbles & Granites:First we clean all the surfaces in single circular motions with groom, using a hand dustpan to collect any unwanted matter on the surfaces. Ensuring that all surfaces are spotlessly clean wet mopping with appropriate chemicals for tiles Marble & Granite and with dry mopping in day-to-day cleaning. Special polishing work can be done on request at extra cost. Carpets: Using Carpet Brush and dustpan for daily cleaning and Vacuum Cleaners in regular intervals/daily can clean carpets. Also shampoo cleaning of carpets can be done to remove heavy stains. FLOOR CLEANING Workstations:Colin with dry cloth will be used for general cleaning. To remove abnormal stains wiz. Coffee, Stamp-pad ink etc., Thinner with Glass wool will be used.Chairs / Sofas:Using a stiff upholstery brush or vacuum cleaner (with the appropriate attachment) on upholstery furniture arms, backs and seats. Soap (foam) will be used to remove stains

10. Window Cleaning:Cleaning both sides of Windowsills, inside and out, bottom and centre sashes of windows, sash rails with Brush and damp cloth. Glass Cleaning: Cleaning of Glass & mirrors, with a dry cloth first and then with a damp newspaper to make it sparkling, using Colin and Glass Cloth for wiping or having a Glass Cleaning Kit. PVC Components: First to disinfect telephone mouthpiece with dettol, wiping balance of the telephone with a damp cloth. Cleaning of Computer peripherals using Cleanex Polish in regular intervals and dry cloth for daily cleaning. Toilet Cleaning: Floors should be cleaned from the wall farthest to the door to the exit. To open all windows and exhaust vents.Collecting all trash in bathroom wastebasket. Wiping tile walls using a sponge or damp cloth. Following with a dry cloth ensuring that tiles are free of watermarks. Scrubbing the toilet bowl, seat, inner rim, urinal set and washbasin should be cleaned using brush and the prescribed sanitizer (Domex / Harpic). Ensuring it is dry and spotless inside. Cleaning the same from outside with a sponge till it is sparkling and dry. The toilet seat of the toilet bowl will be cleaned and closed by placing the disinfectant label (WC Band), if it is necessary.
