Cure your depression is something I want to discuss today. Depression affects 1/3 of the world
population. In a simple definition depression is a state of low mood and aversion to activity
that can affect a person’s thoughts, behavior, feelings and physical well-being. Depressed
people may feel sad, anxious, empty, hopeless, helpless, worthless, guilty, irritable, or restless.
They may lose interest in activities that once were pleasurable, experience loss of appetite
or overeating, or problems concentrating, remembering details or making decisions; and may
contemplate or attempt suicide. A person who is depressed is feeling always guilty for whatever
reason. To win over this big problem, you have to learn how to cure your depression.

In order to find out how to cure your depression first you have to realize what does it exactly

you could read how important is a “state of mind”. In this topic it means you have to strengthen

● Exercise. Take a 15- to 30-minute walk every day — or dance, jog, or bike if you prefer.
People who are depressed may not feel much like being active. Swimming is also very
good activity and a most desirable one. It would be very good if you are in condition to
take long nature briefs.
● You are what you eat. One person may not feel like eating at all, but another might
overeat. If depression has affected your eating, you will need to be extra mindful of
getting the right nourishment. Proper nutrition can influence a person’s mood and
energy. Fruit and vegetables are most important nutrition as well as water. Water is a
wonder elixir that enlightens our day. It will ease up for you to cure your depression.
● Identify your problem. You can never cure a depression, until you don’t identify yourself
with it. First you have to admit to yourself you are depressed and sometimes it is most
difficult thing to do. By doing that not only you admit you are depressed, but you made a
big step towards your depression healing.
● Smile. As we mentioned in previous post about migraine and stress issues smile is very
important factor. Even if you are not in mood of smiling make yourself to smile. It is the
cheapest and very effective “medicine” on your way to cure your depression.

and successfully cure it. Here is the list of some antidepressants:
