2. This is Östanbäck monastary In september 2010 we went to visit Östanbäck monastary. The monks of Östanbäck grow their own food in their garden so they can live as enviroment-friendly and ecological as possible. The purpose of this visit was to learn more about locally produced food.
3. This is the chapel where they go several times a day to pray. The signs on the door tell us that we are welcome inside but that we need to be quiet.
4. Brother Birger and Jeanette were kind to show us around and explain their way of living.
5. This is a part of the cultivation were they grew potaoes, onions and other vegetables.
6. This is sister Jeanette. She is talking about her garden and showed her own foodgarden.
18. For dessert we made a chocolate cake with raspberrys using KRAV and Fairtrade products.

20. At last we were ready to sit down and enjoy dinner together with a group of friends from school.
