 Preparation of layout and getting clearance from QC department to proceed
further.
 Stage wise inspection should be done internally and offer inspection call to QC
department, consultant for final clearance.

 Field supervision & coordination and deployment of Manpower Resources

 Preparing the erection plan sequence for every structure.
 Verifying the job in all respects as per approved Drawing/ITP
 Checking of alignment for the erected Columns and prepare the respective
documents as per ITP.
 Preparation of materials (steel) and consumables reconciliation month wise.
 Fit up and visual Inspection of weld joint as per ASME B31.1 and B31.3.
 Reviewing NDE Reports and witness of test (RT, UT, MPI, and DPT).
