Brief on the idea
•

It’s a service of bringing the suppliers of different services/service providers and the customers
together through online platform. Objective is any service required anytime and anywhere by any
consumer of service to be known to service providers instantaneously to provide better-faster-cheaper
service

•

The platform will be in the form of a website and we will also develop the mobility app for the same.
There will also be customer reviews, ratings for the services provided. We will also have discussion
forums and real world workshops and meetings between customers and the service providers/
professionals

•

The initial services to start with:

i) Start-up consultancy for start-up aspirants ii) Online tuition for various segments of customers
(competitive examination preparation like GMAT, TOEFL, MBA entrance, Engineering and medical
examination, Government and public sector job, vocational training and training for rural students at heavily
subsidized cost) iii) Information technology- product development & Infrastructure service
iv) Professional services - Medical service ( Doctors, diagnostic centre ) ,Legal service , Financial serviceChartered accountant
We intend to add more and more services like job consultancy, interior design, event management,
advertising assignments etc based on customer response, revenue stream and profit margin and with
required due diligence
Value propositions of our business idea
•

Serving customers anytime and anywhere to meet their requirements. We will provide the customers
maximum value for money. We will ensure they get the desired services quickly, effectively and within
best available cost

•

We will have ratings/reviews for service providers for the service provided by them. There will be
discussion forum as well. We will also undertake these activities - 1) Organizing social campaign, real
time workshop and 2) meetings among service providers and customers.

•

Customer satisfaction surveys will be carried out on regular intervals to gauge the level of service
provided and to bridge the gaps in services quickly

•

We will have easy and quick mechanism to address customer grievances. Customers will be able to
reach us through “contact us" section. This will have form to fill out with details. They can also send us
mails. These will be processed in the backend by CRM (customer relationship management) team with
definite response and resolution time agreed with customers

•

We will have customer, people and technology governance processes and governance team to make our
business process oriented. We will implement lean six sigma, ITIL, COBIT 5.0 processes

We will build best of class security features for our website and mobility platform with assurance of all
data security and privacy
