presently working as a RETAIL SUPERVISOR, in one of its company outlets in Parkstreet, Kolkata.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Managing the entire operational part of the flagship store.
2. Working in both ends of Sales and service.
3. Analyzing annual target provided by the company.
4. Arranging the annual target into quarterly and monthly target.
5. Achieving the specified targets.
6. Full inventory evaluation in Sales, Service and stock Management.
7. Stock ordering and replenishment on regular basis.
8. Direct transactions with the customers regarding sales and service.
9. Organizing the manpower of CCAs and Shop Assistants.
10. Providing training to the associates about Customer Dealing and services.
REPORTING
1. Daily Reporting: Daily sales, Collection / Banking, Consolidated Reports.
2. Weekly Reports: Weekly Sales Reports, Weekly Stock Moving.
3. Monthly Reports: Monthly sales Reports, Stock Statements, Tax Calculations, Debit / Credit
note Reports (Monthly / Quarterly), Attendance Report.

Ultimate responsibility of large format stores and lifestyle stores like SHOPPER’S STOP LTD &
BIG BAZAR, Pantaloons, Westside and Spencer’s where the company has counters for luggages.

2. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Stock Replenishment on daily basis.
2. Providing the Sales target to the Brand Person working under my supervision.
3. Motivating him to achieve monthly targets given by the company.
4. Attendance Regularize of the Brand Person.
5. Being at Par with the LFS Stock requirement.
The target for the flagship store is consolidated with the LFS target. I am supposed to work with the
consolidated target and represent the same at the end of the year.
OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Institutional Sales : The job requires a personal approach to different companies and
institutions regarding Institutional Sales. Firstly, by presentation of different relevant
products to the companies. Secondly, by acquiring the bulk order from the company or the
institution. Thirdly, processing the Purchase order. Fourthly, supply accordingly.
2. Visual Merchandising : Visual Merchandising is a very important aspect for the conversion
of the customers and let them to get acquainted with the products, which accordingly
improvises the sale. My job is to follow the Merchandise Rules which runs globally for the
company at the same time. The job includes display of the products according to the global
norms. Displaying the Point Of Sale along with the products for the upliftment of sale .
3. Inventory evaluation and stock replenishment in all the Large Format Stores allotted like,
Shoppers Stop, Big Bazaar etc, Pantaloons, Spencer’s, Westside.
4. Stock Movement analysis, preparing of Base Stocks for the year.
5. Placing indent on regular basis for the Company Outlet.
6. According to the stock movement, in the MBO S, raising the purchase order and indenting
for the same.
