AIESEC Romania aims to double the number of Global Internship Program experiences offered from 300 to 600 by gaining a deeper understanding of the student market in Romania. This will be accomplished through qualitative partnerships with universities that provide mutual benefits, national partnerships with other member committees based on supply and demand alignment, and developing talent capacity among EPs by providing education and an enriching environment. The overall goal is to break barriers and exceed GIP results for the next term.

the accomplishment of our realizations but 600 000 Students
the missing part is the understanding of the
market itself. This should be one of the main
focuses AIESEC Romania needs to have for the
next term in order to break barriers and
overachieve results on GIPo.

Qualitative partnerships - delivered
Partnerships with the Universities offering real, concrete
benefits for both sides which will bring credibility for our
subprograms.
National partnerships with other MCs defined in terms of supply
and demand alignment, and covering the needs for both parts.
Talent Capacity Growth
Providing the necessary education and environment in order
to have better prepared EPs and ensuring the enrichment of
their talents and competences.
