Word travels fast and it’s a small world are popular saying for a reason.What skills are you lacking that you’ll need in your dream job or in the steps to it?
As long as you can still do it efficiently, give them more than they asked for. If they want you to do the budget, create graphs that will help them tell the story. They want you to create a communication piece on a software change, add pictures to help employees understand. Know what they want and why so you can always give them what they need before they know they need it!Find out what the culture at your company is….
