OSI manufacture a wide range of coil springs of different specifications. To achieve
this, the organisation has sophisticated and state-of-the-art machineries; quality
testing instruments, gauges, etc. It has extra capacity built-up to cater for extra work
load.
The members are given regular training to upgrade their skill and competency in
operation of plant & machineries, understanding of product, quality aspect and
inspection methods. This help in consistent manufacture of precision components
with tolerance in micron. All this along with the timely delivery of components has
helped the organisation to build-up the reputation of reliable & quality supplier.
