A marketing process is never complete if it is not a two-way interaction process between the supplier and the user.
The staff employed by the supplier must try every possible means to engage the consumer and make her/him
share their experience. The general conception is that people have more belief in those that belong to the
category same as theirs. Therefore, when one consumer provides a positive experience related to a certain
product, another consumer may take her/his advice because the belief becomes stronger.

Engagement Marketing is therefore considered to be crucial, specifically when it comes to experiential marketing.
The personal and rational response gained by the consumer helps in connecting with the other customers in an
easier way. It leads to a better brand recognition and builds a strong confidence in the mind of the end users. The
fact with this marketing idea is that most of the customers go for a product only when they find it working fine
with the other fellow users. Once they see the positive experience of other customers, they start in believing the
product and become ready to give it a go.

The likeliness of the consumers towards a particular product may shift from time to time. Engagement marketing
strategies have helped in achieving better results in many cases whatsoever. Also, it is an affordable marketing
technique and doesn’t involve expenditures that can burn a hole in your pocket. You just need a promotional staff
that can create a positive impression of the product and so that they can come forward and try it without any
hesitation.

Once they find it worthy enough, they will be approved by many and the demand will eventually rise. This will
trigger the sale which is the ultimate goal as well as need of every business house.
