Responsible for the development and implementation of a 36 bed concierge style patient centered
Orthopedic care unit with 3000 square foot gym. 2010 volume produced 875 orthopedic total joint
elective cases contributing $1,938,125.00 net income to the organization. Orthopedic program
demonstrated 9.10% growth in volume and 6.3% increase in net revenue per case.
In March 2010, successfully obtained the prestigious award, Center for Total Joint Distinction in
Hip/Knee/Shoulder, by The Joint Commission by demonstrating excellence in quality care, efficiency,
communication, staff and patient education and program integrity. JFK Medical Center is the sole
designee in this category on the east coast of Florida.
• Lead monthly Orthopedic Operations Meetings

revenue totaled $16,391,422.00 executing 100,959 patient care procedures. Specialty services include
Orthopedic, Cardio‐Vascular, Oncology, Neuro‐Medical, Neuro‐Surgical, Pulmonary, Wound and
Lymphedema therapeutic services.
