What have you enjoyed most about this activity? What did you like best?
• I enjoyed going to Finland because I tried new stuff like reindeer and I got to learn
another language.
• Meeting new people and going to Finland
• If I could say all of it I would but I know you want something specific so, meeting new
people especially the Finnish and Spanish.
• I enjoyed meeting all the new people and learning about their cultures.
What new ideas or information have you learned from this activity?
• I have found out a lot more information about Finland and Spain. E.g. they eat
reindeer!
• I’ve learnt all about Finnish and Spanish legends
• That you can have lots of fun and communicate with people who don’t speak your
language as their first.
• I have learnt about other cultures legends as well as more about our own.
What have you least enjoyed or found some difficulty with?
• I found learning Finnish hard and I didn’t really enjoy/like it when out partners left us.
• The rehearsals for the play at the end
• The Spanish and Finnish leaving
• I hated having to say goodbye and leaving all my new friends behind.
What would you like to change if you did this activity again?
• I would change the time we had with them because I thought it was too short.
• The amount of time they stayed (The exchangers)
• Longer or more visits
• I would like it to be a bit of a longer experience.
