Dear fellow chef,
Our initial goal was to reunite « 1000 » restaurants and we ended up being more than 1300 around the world to
participate in Good France! On the 19th of March, more than 100 000 people around the globe got together for a French
dinner!Televisions and newspapers from all over the world highlighted French cuisine for weeks…it sounds reasonable
to me to say that Good France was a success! What a strong message for French cuisine and what a living proof of its
influence !
Hence,I wanted to sincerely thank you for having participated, for having campaigned for gastronomy in general. On the
19th of March, it is indeed our entire profession that was celebrated and will continue to benefit from it in the months to
come.Thank you for paying so a brillianttribute to our values and profession,and let’s continue to stand up together for a
living and diverse cuisine, for a cuisine which respects produce, seasons and all the Planet resources.
