What we did:
Ask them what they want, and bespoke business
What they wanted:
deals for them.
To encourage C.E.O.’s, M.D.’s and Chairmen to realise
the business deals and tariffs on offer to them, and their
employees, and the option to bespoke these deals. What we got:
I don’t know of any medium size businesses upwards
that don’t offer their employees mobile business deals,
whether SIM card packages or handsets in Egypt now.
2. Client: MOBINIL Moga (post paid service)
Egypt’s leading mobile operator

What they wanted:
To convert people from pre paid to post paid
mobile tariffs.
What we did:
We introduced flexible services on to post paid (Moga)
tariffs that act like pre paid services. In this case putting
a cap on how much you spend on out going calls.
What we got:
All high end users of pre paid converted immediately.
(Mostly graduates and young professionals).
P.S. We bought (?) a surplus of sleepfolds off Egypt
Air. A large amount of them were put into see through
plastic slip bags and dispensed in the Mobinil stores
and the American University Cairo and around its
campus. You wont believe where we found some
around town!
