Y OUR CHILD ’ S SAFETY IS IMPORTANT TO US !
Starting at 7:30 a.m., enter on Hermosa Avenue at the
Hidden Oaks driveway.
If your child arrives more than 15 minutes before
his/her scheduled class time, you are required to walk
them to day care and sign them in. Otherwise, drop
them off at carline in the upper parking lot.
Pre-School parents must park, walk their students to
class, and sign in the drop-off/pick-up book. Failure to
sign your child in (and out) will result in a $25 charge.
Drop off only in the authorized area!

5. D ISMISSAL
Follow the same procedures as arrival for carline.
Students in grades 1-8 will wait in the upper lot
for pick-up; pre-school and kindergarten students
must be picked up at the classroom. Preschool
students must be signed out. Preschool and
Kindergarten dismissal is from 2:30-2:45.

8. D RESS C ODE
ALCS wears uniforms from Nunes, available on-line. Used
uniforms available in the school office.
All shirts must have the ALCS logo.
Other clothing items may be purchased from Nunes or other
retail stores.
Jackets and sweatshirts may be navy blue or white. Jackets
must be navy. Please put your child’s name on the tag!

There is a $25 charge for every third dress code violation.
9. G ETTING I NVOLVED

6:15 p.m.
Volunteers are needed on the playground, in the
office, in the classroom. Please return the yellow
parent involvement survey that was in your
summer packet. Also, check with your classroom
teacher to see if they need help.

10. S CRIP
Available each week for purchase in the office.
Orders are entered on Monday and pick up is
Friday.
Scrip benefits our school in great ways! This is
part of our budgeted income and supports
school operations.
Forms are in the office; check out our lengthy list
of participating stores. Special Scrip promotion
begins next week. Classrooms can earn Target
giftcards!
11. PARENT P RAYER T EAM
Thursdays at 8:20 a.m. in the Bride’s Room which
is to the left of the Sanctuary
This is for all parents, grandparents, aunts,
uncles, etc. Everyone is welcome to come pray
for our staff, students, families, and school.
Submit prayer requests to the office (with a
name or anonymously). We DO pray for each
one!
