Three stages of Delivery
Pre Realization





Sending Important Documents for VISA - all the required documents to the EP
so that he can apply for VISA.
Send the Reception booklet - so that they know about the country a little bit
before they come here.
Arrange for the EP’s Accommodation - Before They arrive, you need to arrange a
place for their stay.
Educate them about NPS – Net Promoter Score, and make sure they fill the
survey.
Realization










Airport Pick up – When the interns arrives you should give them a warm reception.
Helping in settling down - Making them familiar with the market place, transport
means, food places, stations etc.
Take the intern Induction – Take them for the 1st day of work.
Arrange the means of transport for them – Arrange the best means of transport for
them.
Updates – After taking them for induction and arranging the transportation for them,
be in touch with your intern every week and see they are all comfortable and not
having any kind of problem.
Solve the Problems – In case the intern or the company has any problem then solve it
immediately.
Give them a good Farewell - Give your intern a very good farewell and say bye.
Net Promoter Score - Make sure they fill the NPS survey.
Post Realization





Feedback forms – Ask them to fill a feedback form for you on how was their
internship experience in your country and make a case study.
Certificate - Give them a certificate after the completion of their internship.
Keep in touch – Keep in touch with your intern and have good relations with them,
they might help you in so many ways in your future.
Net Promoter Score – Make sure they fill the NPS Survey.
Documentation and EP Engagement



Update the EP Tracker and change the status of the form from Matched to
Realized.
We need to keep the interns engaged after the intern has finished internship.


Ex : Sending them greetings during festivals.
