 Worked with Steve Goldberg’s Middle Eastern Studies
classes on selecting a topic and researching a cultural
aspect of a country or ethic group. Pulled Middle
Eastern cultures books; also demonstrated how to use
JSTOR and Project MUSE for topic ideas
 Created Turabian handout
 Refined Assignment Strategy and posted to wiki
 Attended Illinois School Library Media Association
conference and brought back innovative ideas for our
library.

 Taught a lesson on proper citations to Environmental Science
for their population paper
 Integrated web 2.0 into Remack’s Plate Tectonics project
using Glogster. Student Example
 Gave booktalk for Ms. Blackwell’s independent reading unit
 Presented Prezi, Glogster, and Xtranormal as web 2.0
presentation possibilities for Odyssey project.

easier student searching
