President Obama gave his 2014 State of the Union address where he discussed several economic issues and policy proposals. He expressed his willingness to take action on the economy with or without Congressional support. Obama outlined plans to address paycheck fairness, minimum wage, education, student loans, job training, immigration reform, and women's workplace opportunities. He closed by honoring Sergeant Cory Remsburg who was injured in his tenth deployment, and saying "God bless you. God bless the United States of America."
