Use vegetable of chicken broth when mashing to add even more flavor. This is a wonderful recipe
that packs a huge nutritional punch with only a small fraction of the carbohydrates found in
potatoes.
Although it seems everyone loves french fries, it can wreck havoc on your diet. French fries are bad
for those trying to lose weight. If you must consume French fries, bake them instead of frying. Slice
a small potato into fries, toss with a small amount of olive oil. Then season the slices with rosemary,
salt and pepper and bake for thirty minutes in an oven set at 400 degrees. Use a spatula to loosen
any caked-on fries, turn them over, then bake them for another half hour. They have far less calories
and still taste great with ketchup. You'll never notice the difference between baked and deep-fried.

happens to have refined or enriched ingredients. For the most parts, companies will make it clear

eliminate foods rich in key vitamins. Taking a multivitamin ensures you get all the essential vitamins
