2. How to use induction to improve your results? For GCDP… You have selected and raised them about 2 months before their realization What can they do in this time?

You can also establish a mentorship program and mix it with the Project Coach System… then you have another Team Leader Position An induction project can be a Team Leader Position if it takes 2 months  For each 4 GCDP Participants, you have 2 TLs and at least 1 full XP
2. How to use induction to improve your results? Someone has to be in charge of it. Defining a Induction Chair, you will have another Team Leader Position WOW!
