Semac is one of the largest Engineering Design firms set up in 1969 in Bangalore. We are one of the oldest firms in India to offer one stop solution for ASMEPF (Architectural, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire suppression, Air conditioning, IT systems, access control, security systems, etc.) services.
Over the four plus decades, we have done many industrial and non-industrial (Residential, Commercial, Retail, Hotel, Hospital, Institutional, Software Facility etc.) projects. We have worked with Indian as well as multinational clients on projects located in India and abroad having over 400 people handling various disciplines, working out of eight offices spread across India (New Delhi, Hyderabad, Bangalore and Mumbai), Middle East (Muscat and Dubai) and Africa (Kenya and Uganda).
We have handled many major projects providing full range of services relating to Master Planning and other services including, Interior Design, Energy Management System, Green Buildings, Project Management, all under one roof.
Design Build
More recently, leveraging our vast on ground experience of executing projects with reliable contractors, we have launched a Design Build vertical and have done projects for companies like Ashirvad Pipes, Tyco, Omya, etc. We offer turnkey solutions, wherein the client need not worry about coordination between multiple agencies to execute their project on time and on budget. We think of ourselves as the outsourced Projects Department for our esteemed clients.
