2. ACTIVEHELPER LIVE SUPPORT SYSTEM This quickstart will help you get started with ActiveHelperLiveHelp and will walk you through a six simple steps. Step 1 Install the LiveHelp Server component in your Joomla panel extension manager.

3. ACTIVEHELPER LIVE SUPPORT SYSTEM Step 2 Add a new domain in the manage domain option.

4. ACTIVEHELPER LIVE SUPPORT SYSTEM Step 3 Add a new agent in the manage agents option.

5. ACTIVEHELPER LIVE SUPPORT SYSTEM Step 4 Assign the new agent to the available domains that you needed. Select the agent and push click in the edit domains option in the top of the window. Enable the agent to the domains that you needed. Allow the agent with a simple click in the enable link and the end of the form data, column “enabled”.

6. ACTIVEHELPER LIVE SUPPORT SYSTEM Step 5 Deploy the tracking script . Go to manage domains and press click the module or script tracking image of the domain at the end of the form data. Install the module generated in your server. In the Extension manager option “Install from Directory” copy the path to the module file in your server and install. Next enable the activeHelperLiveHelp module in the module manager option.

7. ACTIVEHELPER LIVE SUPPORT SYSTEM Step 6 Generate the connection agent info data. Go to manage agents , select the a agent and press click the client info option at the top of the form.
