2. Thank You! Thanks to all of you who attended ACSA’s Legislative Action Day 2011! We had over 350 attendees taking our message to the Capitol. The event was a great success and we owe it all to you - our membership.

3. Sunday, March 13, 2011 Assembly member Felipe Fuentes gave an informative speech on Sunday afternoon and spent time with our members providing insight and advice that we were all able to utilize during our meetings with legislators on Monday.

4. Sunday, March 13, 2011 ACSA members did a great job prepping for their Monday meetings with legislators during the region briefing sessions.

5. Monday, Media Event Our members joined leaders of the Education Coalition and State Superintendent of Public Instruction Tom Torlakson on the steps of the State Capitol to urge lawmakers to approve the governor’s budget plan including placing a revenue extension measure on the ballot.
