To improve the health of the people in and around our
communities, by addressing the individual needs of each
person with respect, courtesy and quality service.

3. Avenal Community Health Center was originally established as
an RHC affiliated with a local hospital district. In 1992 the
clinic struggled to survive when many small hospitals were
going out of business. In 1999 the clinic site was relocated and
became an FQHC look-a-like. In 2007 the clinic was awarded
designation as an FQHC with funding from the Bureau of
Primary Health Care. ACHC has been serving the Community
for over16 years.
