Focus:  Increase employment opportunity and economic self-sufficiency for the 33 million working-aged Americans with disabilities. Kessler/ NOD Survey on Employment:  Only 21% of Americans with disabilities are employed, versus 59% of those without. 2
NOD is a catalyst for change --- involved in research and demonstration projects that work directly with employers ,[object Object]

NOD conducted a 3-month disability employment market study, interviewing almost 40 organizations (funded by the Coca-Cola & Milbank Foundations) *This group would also be considered partners 6
