The daily lessons and even the Text make perfect sense. The ego knows if you find the truth, that it'll

This discovery of what I really am ranks as the most important discovery of my life. A Course in
Miracles has helped me make this discovery. In fact, teaching me what I am is the very purpose of
ACIM.
acim is quite simple and unequivocal about this: You can remain asleep in this physical illusion,
dreaming that it is real, for as long as you like. Or you can awaken spiritually and discover that you
have been asleep in Heaven all along. Jesus Himself said that Heaven is here now, all around us, but
we have not been able to see it. As we awaken from the dream of this physical illusion, we will be
able to experience Heaven right here on Earth.
To be in the world but not of the world is to take a different stance. When we are identified in the

2. world as the current society labels individuals and groups of individuals based on ethnicity, gender,
sexual identity, economic class and nationality we are at effect. We are at the effect of taking on the
mindset of the intended abuse and misinformation. By misinformation I am referring to the negative
insults targeted at certain groups of human beings.
Lesson 34: "I could see peace instead of this." You could if there was actual peace in the world. But,
we all know there isn't and there won't be until the devil is locked up. God is in control of when that
will happen and the Bible states there are certain things that have to and will happen before peace
comes to earth. The statement of the lesson is a form of denial. When you deny seeing reality you are
insane and/or somewhat crazy, therefore needing some serious therapy. Seeing peace will not make
anything change. You choosing to follow Christ and do what is right are the only way you'll see
change. But, it won't be worldwide ... only visible in your life. As long as the devil is influencing
people, there will be evil in the world a course in miracles audio no peace.
Your second step, though a very important one, is to author a book. It does not matter if you write
the book yourself, if you hire someone to write it, or if you use a public domain book or have other
experts contribute their knowledge to it, the important thing is to create a book about your niche
subject.
If you have heard about a course in miracles and would like to learn more, you can attend classes at
several of the Unity Churches along the Treasure and Space Coast. A Course in Miracles was written
in the 70's by a woman named Helen Schucman. Helen was working at Columbia University's
College of Physicians and Surgeons in New York City. She was anything but spiritual and was a self
described atheist. She and her department head, Bill Thetford were experiencing a tumultuous and
strained working environment on a daily basis. One day Bill announced that he was tired of their
"angry and aggressive attitudes" and what they reflected and that "there must be a better way".
Helen agreed to help him and their journey with the Course began.
There are over 300 lessons in the Course in Miracles on the website. While I absolutely refuse to
take the course, I did do a brief overview of what is being taught and believe me - that was enough
to understand what exactly is being taught here. About 30 of the over 300 lessons are review and
therefore I felt no need to really look into them. But, for many of the lessons, especially at the
beginning, you need but only read the title of that particular lesson to get an idea of what is going
on.
Forgiveness is summed up simply as this: Choose a different internal Teacher for the correction of
the mind. God does not recognize judgment or that any error was ever made. To enter the Kingdom,
your mind must be returned to true perception which is another name for peace.
You'll simply give to another you believe what you want to get, or has the correct truth for you. And
when they are there, the battle for light becomes more significant. We take offense we attest to the
reverse.
