INTRODUCTION – INDIAN FOOD
Indian cuisine is full of colours,
aromas and flavours.

 Each dish smells with cumin, cloves,
cinnamon, ginger, saffron and nutmeg.
Indian cuisine is based on matching
opposite flavours, such as hot and
sweet tastes
Indian Cuisine are of 4 types
North – Muslim cuisine
South – Madras cuisine
West – Bombay cuisine and Goa
East – Bengal cuisine
WESTERN FOOD

Western cuisine is very colour
full but no aroma or flavours in it.
Western foods will not vary and
only few dishes have distinct

flavours.
Western cuisine are of;
•North America

•Latin America
•Australia
•Russia
•Other European countries
