SUMMER LEGO®ROBOTICS CAMPS 2014
For Students Grades 5-8(for upcoming school year)
Camp runs from June 4,5,6th and June 9th
-13th
Two sessions to choose from:
Session 1 1:30 pm – 3:00 pm
Session 2 3:15 pm – 4:45 pm
Classes will be held at:
Bettendorf Middle School in Media Center
Cost is $60 per students
Students will:
Design, build and program a LEGO®
EV3®
robot
Receive an introduction to basic engineering skills in order to have a fully
functioning and robust robot
Compete with their robot in daily missions to test their skills
Create a research presentation on the topic of World Class: Learning
Unleashed
Class size is limited so that students can receive instruction from experienced
First Lego League coaches and students.
