Continuing our last episode of Aluminum extrusion process, in this episode, we introduce the related
applications.
We are living in a fast changing world where novelties appear in unprecedented speed, so do today’s
technologies developing rapidly through innovation and maturity of engineering. For extrusion
applications, new technology enables shorter product life cycle, facilitation, high-tech analysis system
and simulation lab gives insight of product performances prior to development and nevertheless, it
offers a new whole wide range of complete products.
Other than customized heat sink products, we also have abundant standard products in stock. Most
popular applications include active cooling heat sink series which can be assembled with fan, passive
cooling heat sink series, chipset cooler series, and high torque ratio heat sink series. All following
products are RoHS compliant and with existing toolings. Customized surface treatment is applicable.
 Active Cooling Heat Sink Series
Dimensions range from 60 mm to 150 mm in both width and length, and from 30 mm to 50 mm in
height. Extrusion process with post CNC milling, the dense fins take away the heat efficiently.
 Passive Cooling Heat Sink Series
Available die mold sizes with heat sink in 100~154mm (width) and 21~100mm (height). Heat sink
can be cut according to required length with additional cross cutting to enhance heat dissipation.
 Chipset heat sink
Dimensions from 14 to 56 mm (width) and 10 to 30mm (height) are available. Heat sink can be
equipped with pins, push pins and springs, fixtures or applied thermal pad for optimizing thermal
conductivity.
 High Torque Ratio Series
Our high ratio heat sink is mostly used in high power appliance, for example, extra-large size of
telecommunication device, industrial equipment and solar facility like inverter. Our machine range
from 600 ton to 8000 ton, torque rate up to 21 or fin thickness less than 1 mm is both applicable.
