3. When I reached rock bottom, I was smart enough to ask for help. I
went to a career coach to figure out what I'm supposed to do with
my life. Once you have clarity of what you want, the inspiration can

5. I have felt stuck in the past, but what I have always realized is we
have a choice. I could choose to feel stuck, or I could choose to
make a change. So many times now I have simply decided to make

7. I have felt stuck a few times. For me it simply meant, time to move
on. There is nothing worse than going to work every day knowing

8. I usually look for a conference, a class, or even a one-time
motivation event that will help me refocus and remember what I
love about the job. Get some new ideas, look at things in a different
