The Swavesey Experience Pledges program aims to provide students with opportunities to develop self-confidence, life skills, leadership experiences, and academic qualifications. Students can earn Bronze, Silver, or Gold awards by completing pledges in areas like charities, the environment, excellence, international experiences, leadership, participation, and volunteering. The program has seen successes like 92% of Year 7 students completing an international pledge, but targets improving participation rates and addressing barriers to engagement.
