4. Plan, delegate, control and monitor
Survey partners’ ICT skills and find suitable tools or
train those lacking the necessary basics
Don’t overcomplicate

and competences (Tweeters, Facebook users,
bloggers, etc.)
Encourage and engage your audience (fun posts,
simple questions, helpful attitude)
Strive to be multilingual (and multicultural)
Find the appropriate tools and services and budget
them in advance (if needs be)
