2. The vision:
“To create a framework for the effective
exploitation of results of LLP projects that is
empowered by web strategies including social
media”.
3. The project objective in a few words
• raise awareness
• provide a. tailor-made training
b. self-training
on web strategies & social media
presence to LLP projects, including all
sectorial, transversal & Jean Monnet
actions
.
4. Steps towards the creation of a
framework for the effective
exploitation of LLP project results
a)Identification & analysis of barriers for dissemination of
LLP outcomes & the role of social media in facilitating or
impeding their deployment.
b)Development of training materials including free,
downloadable practical guides & methodological tools to
facilitate exploitation of results through social media &
web strategies, in EN, FR & IT.
c) Series of tailor-made training sessions in EN, FR & IT for
current LLP projects, adapted to the valorization
strategies of these projects with the aim of strengthening
their impact. The training sessions will take place online &
face-to-face.
5. Creating a framework for the effective
exploitation of LLP project results (2)
d)Self-paced training materials (including video tutorials) for
current beneficiaries and future LLP applicants & interested
users.
e)A digital showcase containing LLP projects that display
optimal use of web strategies involving social media
(triggering transfer of good practices), enriched by short
interviews with their developers.
f) Presentations at regional, European and international events
involving LLP projects and also to policy makers with the aim
of stimulating networks and empowering the virtuous circle
between policy development & practical experiences.
g)Mainstreaming activities seeking to influence & change
systems in dissemination of activities in the lifelong learning
area, at pan-European level

7. Challenges
• Not only to identify best practices, but also to
promote them through EACEA official
documentation for future applicants (e,g. the
EACEA annual LLP guide & DG EAC website)
• Explore whether materials can be used in other
professional contexts (training of pros on web
strategies & social media)
• Strengthen the Web2LLP partnership through new
cooperation and funding opportunities
8. Bring some answers to the following
questions:
– What is the potential of social media in dissemination &
“marketing” of LLP projects?
– How to effectively implement social media in
communication & dissemination activities in the sense of a
coherent web strategy?
– Which are the most appropriate tools for the identified
targeted groups of each LLP project?
– How successful implementation of social media can
empower participation & collaboration with target groups
and groups more difficult to reach (ex. disadvantaged
groups)?
– Which are the most appropriate solutions for each of the
most frequent dissemination activities of LLP projects (e.g.
conferences, workshops, webinars, training sessions,
competitions, public studies & reports, surveys, public
events, happenings) ?
