1. Retail sales
The member is entitled to sell the products at retail price which is higher than
the membership price and receive profit of 25%.
2. Top retailers awards
A member in each country who achieves high retail sales 2 with a minimum of
300 personal volume points (PV) of authenticated retail sales over a four weeks
period will earn a top retailers award The value of the award will vary and may be a
cash award or consumer product 3 .
3. First order bonus (FOB)

PV is personal sales volume from products ordered for selling to your retail customer. Your PV is not included in your
personal enrollment tree volume

A 100-active 4 and qualified 5 member earns a one-time-only FOB of 20% of
the PV (up to a maximum of 20 Global Bonus Unit (GBU) 6 , and 50-active and
qualified members earn a one-time-only FOB of 10% of the PV (up to a maximum
of 10 GBU) when his/her personally sponsored member places a first time order.
4. Star maker bonus
If the member is 100-active and qualified, then each time of the personally
sponsored member reaches the rank of star, the member can earn 20 GBU Star
maker bonus from sales of such members.
If the member is not qualified in the week that one of the personally sponsored
members reaches the rank of star, the member will have the following three weeks to
become qualified in order to earn the Star maker bonus.
5. Rank advancement bonus
A 50-active and qualified member earns bonuses when advancing through the
Star ranks.
A member who reaches the rank of Star 250 earns 25 GBU.
A member who reaches the rank of Star 500 earns 50 GBU.
A member who reaches the rank of Star 1000 earns 100 GBU.
6. Team bonus
A team bonus shall be calculated from sales volume within the placement tree7
which has two legs, a left and a right.
Calculation of team bonuses: You must be active and qualified to be eligible to
earn team bonuses. In addition, you must have a minimum of 100 group volume
(GV) 8 on each of your placement tree legs in a bonus week.
Once you reach 100 GV on your lesser leg, a 10% team bonus is paid in that
leg (which equates to earning 5% of the balanced volume from both legs). Any
unpaid GV will be carried over to the following week, as long as you remain active.

Active: Must generate a minimum amount of volume every four weeks as personal purchases of 50 PV or 100 PV. “50-
active” means that you have purchased at least 50 PV. “100-active” means that you have purchased at least 100 PV. “200-
active” means that you have purchased at least 200 PV.

Any week that you are 50-active, additional PV exceeding 100 will be
applied to your lesser volume leg. Team bonuses are limited to 10,000 GBU per
week, per business centre. The minimum team bonus paid is 10 GBU, requiring that
you have at least 100 GV on both your right and left placement tree legs. As long as
you remain active with at least 50 PV, you can continue to accrue volume toward
your next team bonus payment; however, the accrual cannot exceed 1,000,000 GV.
You are 50-active and qualified because you
have personally sponsored members on both
your left and right legs who are active.
Therefore, you qualify for 10% in team
bonuses, which equates to earning 5% of the
balanced volume from both your left and right
legs. In this example, looking at the lesser leg,
because team bonuses are paid in 50 GV
increments, the team bonus is paid on 150 GV
and 25 GV roles over to the following week
(175 – 150 = 25 GV). Thus, you would earn a
team bonus of 15 GBU (10% of 150 GV).
7. Growth bonus
A 100-active and qualified member who is paid as 9 Bronze Executive or above in
the base week and in current week earns the growth bonus.
The growth bonus is calculated based on the week under consideration (i.e. the
current week) and the week that is four weeks prior to the current week (the base week). The
growth bonus comes in the form of shares from a bonus pool equivalent to the point increase

from the base week to the current week.
The growth bonus is paid weekly from a pool of 2.5% of all enrolment tree volume
generated in Thailand during the week. The pool is shared on a pro-rata basis according to
the number of shares awarded 10 .

8. Executive check match bonus (ECM bonus)
A 200-active and qualified distributor who is paid at Bronze Executive or above
earns bonuses The maximum ECM bonus payout in any week for each enrolment tree
leg is 10,000 GBU.
The member is allowed to earn a weekly bonus on up to the first 2,500 GBU of
the team bonuses paid to distributors in your personal enrolment tree and to the
distributors in their respective personal enrolment trees. As your executive rank
increases, so does the number of generations on which you can be paid an ECM
bonus to a maximum of seven generations.
The ECM bonus is calculated by generations. A generation can include the
executives found in each of your personal enrollment tree legs and distributors at eligible
Star ranks. A generation ends when a qualified executive is found, regardless of depth. The
ECM bonus is calculated on unlimited width.
