Software development projects. Our developers were
based in India. We would deal with business to get a
spec of what was needed. The BA’s would do the BRD
that we would forward to India. They would reply with
a price and timelines. Once approved we would receive
an FSD from them and I would put together a project
plan for the development, testing and rollout of the
software.
Software projects were web based and App based.
I managed the rollout of the Softline VIP software
within SA Taxi.
I managed a project to launch a dealership to sell Taxi’s

Migrated 700 machines a week at the end of the
project (after the environment was ready for us)
We used a combination of Micro Servers, NAS devices
and 1T external HDD’s for backup purposes
Some machines were replaced with new hardware,
some were simply migrated and the re-usable
hardware was re-imaged and re-deployed.
3. Over 7000 migrations completed in a 4 month period.
Walk-in centers were used for laptop users and
desktops were migrated at the user’s desk.
