Smoothness is providing smooth transitions from one task to another. Avoid abrupt changes in direction. Preplan lessons to avoid unrelated problems Presenting a complete and thorough presentation

Momentum is keeping a lesson moving. Slowdowns will lose the students attention.
Keep up the Momentum No  Jerkiness Keep it  Mooving! Away with Dangles, Truncations, Thrusts and Flip Flops Down with The Stimulus Bound and Slowdowns

Overlapping is handling two or more situations at the same time. You might call this “classroom management multitasking”.

Grouping is managing everyone as a group. Call on students at random. Have the class  respond in unison.
