Is it really worth it?
It is becoming increasingly prevalent that people are intolerant of
wheat. Sadly, for these people, it means that they have to cut
many of their favorite foods from their diet. Foods such as pasta,
couscous, most cereals, bread crumbs, baked foods, flour, bran
and vegetable starch are just some of the foods that contain wheat.
