How to aggregate indicators to index?
I have calculated that the total Index = Banana
Through adding the indicators People + Pear = Banana

4. The biggest problem is in our heads
Someone else has to do it
It is better to do nothing because than you don´t do anything
wrong and you cannot be critizised
If I do something without asking my boss I will get problems
It is dangerous to be smarter than your boss
The boss is not always right but he is always the boss
