The election is November 3 rd , 2009. This year there is no primary. There will be a primary in 2010 for the state races This change only applies to City of Minneapolis municipal elections – Mayor, City Council, Park Board, Board of Estimate and Taxation. [Does not apply to school board, county commissioners, judges, etc.]
