Newsome, in accordance with the Statutes/Laws governing said matters has the DUTY, OBLIGATION

(1) Under the Statutes/Laws governing said matters, Defendant has a duty and
responsibility to REPORT Criminal Acts – i.e. in which she does through this
instant pleading and her previous filings in this instant lawsuit.
(2) UNCONTESTED: ALL pleadings filed by Defendant Newsome in this instant
lawsuit have gone UNCONTESTED by Plaintiff Anna Louise Inn. Therefore, as
a matter of statutes/laws governing said matters, the claims/allegations/averments
are deemed TRUE; moreover, can SUPPORTED by facts, evidence and legal
conclusions to sustain them.
(3) UNCONTESTED: The Motion to Dismiss filed by Defendant Newsome was
NOT contested by Plaintiff Anna Louise Inn. Therefore, as a matter of
statutes/laws governing said matters, the claims/allegations/averments set forth
therein are deemed to be TRUE!
(4) UNDISPUTED: Plaintiff Anna Louise Inn will NOT be prejudice by the
CONTINUANCE and/or STAYING of this lawsuit while the Defendant
Newsome’s CRIMINAL COMPLAINT, etc, are PROSECUTED!
(5) UNDISPUTED: Defendant Denise Newsome did NOT
VOLUNTARILY COMPLY with Vacation Request and/or Eviction demands
brought by Plaintiff Anna Louise Inn. It is a GOOD THING that the record of
this Court as well as the record of Plaintiff Anna Louise Inn will SUSTAIN
Defendant Newsome, TIMELY, PROPERLY and ADEQUATELY
CONTESTED Anna Louise Inn’s Eviction Lawsuit as well as its and others
CRIMINAL/CIVIL wrongdoings leveled against her.
UNDISPUTED: Defendant Denise Newsome, TIMELY,
PROPERLY and ADEQUATELY NOTIFIED Plaintiff Anna Louise Inn, it
Representatives as well as this Court that they were ENGAGING in
CRIMINAL/Civil wrongdoings. To no avail! Defendant Newsome was
THREATENED with legal proceedings against her by Anna Louise Inn’s
DIRECTOR OF OPERATION Robin Stanley and although Defendant
Newsome WARNED and/or CAUTIONED Stanley as well as Anna Louise
Inn’s President/Chief Executive Officer Stephen T. MacConnell AGAINST

against Defendant Newsome as well as ENGAGE in committing FRAUD

UNDISPUTED: Defendant made the proper DEFENSES to Anna
Louise Inn’s and this Court’s CRIMINAL wrongdoings in the handling of this
instant Eviction Lawsuit against her. Therefore, providing Defendant Newsome
NOW with the RIGHT to bring the APPLICABLE CRIMINAL Complaint as
well as CIVIL Complaint of and against Plaintiff Anna Louise Inn, this Court and
others who ENGAGED in such legal wrongdoings:
65 Ohio Jur.3d § 164 – Notice to vacate; bringing possessory
action:
A notice by the landlord that the tenancy is being
terminated, combined with a demand by him or her for
possession of the premises, and voluntary compliance therewith
by the tenant without protest, is not an eviction for which
damages may be recovered. (Greenberg v. Murphy, 16 Ohio
C.D. 359, 1904 WL 1147 (Ohio Cir. Ct. 1904)). [Practice
Guide: If the tenant is rightfully in possession and entitled to
remain, the tenant SHOULD AWAIT legal proceedings that are
threatened, and make defense thereto, RATHER THAN COMPLY
with the demand, and then bring an action for alleged
damages that perhaps never would have resulted.

Where a tenant, upon request or notice to vacate,
VOLUNTARILY abandons the premises without protest, no
action for damages against the landlord, based on fraud or
misrepresentations as to the reasons for such request can be
maintained under rights recognized by the common law, or
any statute of Ohio. (Ferguson v. Buddenberg, 87 Ohio App.
326, 42 Ohio Op. 488, 57 Ohio L. Abs. 473, 94 N.E.2d 568 (1st
Dist. Hamilton County 1950)).
In an eviction action for nonpayment of rent brought by a
landlord pursuant to RC Ch 1923, a tenant MAY RESPOND by
asserting any legal defense he has to that action, pursuant to RC
1923.061(A), and/or by filing a COUNTERCLAIM for
damages caused by the landlord’s breach of the rental
agreement and/or the landlord’s breach of his duties under RC
5321.04. Smith v. Wright (Ohio App. 1979) 65 Ohio App.2d
101, 416 N.E.2d 655, 19 O.O.3d 59.
(6) Defendant Newsome has been FURTHER injured/harmed both physically and
financially in having to DEFEND against this FRIVOLOUS and MALICIOUS
Eviction action – i.e. having to EXPEND Costs/Expenses to defend against the
VICIOUS attacks on her life. Monies/Expenses which would have been of
GREAT Benefit to aid Defendant Newsome in her goal to VACATE the Anna
Louise Inn in June 2014; nevertheless, here she is, having to EXPEND
Costs/Monies as a direct and proximate result of this instant lawsuit.

(7) Under the Statutes/Laws governing said matters, Defendant Newsome has a
DUTY and OBLIGATION to NOT subject herself to further
INJURY/HARM/DANGER that Plaintiff Anna Louise Inn, this Court and those
with whom they CONSPIRE rendering her.
(8) The FRIVOLOUS and MALICIOUS Eviction action of Plaintiff Anna Louise
Inn has been brought for purposes of COMMITTING FRAUD UPON THE
COURT, BREACHING the VERBAL Agreement entered into with Defendant
Newsome as well as other Criminal wrongdoings KNOWN and/or should have
been known to them.
(9) There is record evidence to support that Defendant Newsome is in
COMPLIANCE with the VERBAL Agreement entered into in January 2013.

compensation. It appears Doran and a law firm
associate (Matthew Schnirel) were

Reports have it that the National Transportation
Safety Board is trying to figure out the cause of
the plane crash. There are alleged reports that
the Cirrus SR-22 (i.e. type of plane Doran was
piloting) has a BUILT-IN PARACHUTE. "The
aircraft is perhaps known for being equipped with
the Cirrus Aircraft Parachute System (CAPS), an
EMERGENCY Parachute CAPABLE of

regards to this case:
 It appears from the Docket that Deborah Palfrey was FIRST represented by A.J.
Kramer/Office of the FEDERAL Public Defender i.e for approximately 2 ½
MONTHS before a “WITHDRAWAL” Motion was filed.
 FUNDING and APPROVAL of appointment of attorneys for the Office of Federal
Public Defender is handled by the DIRECTOR of the Administrative Office of the
United States Courts (i.e in PALFREY's case, the DIRECTOR at the time appears to
have been JAMES C. DUFF - an employee with BAKER DONELSON BEARMAN
CALDWELL & BERKOWITZ).
Therefore, it appears providing the United States of America with MEANS,
MOTIVE and ACCESS to information/evidence that Deborah Palfrey possessed –
i.e. moreover, to destroy information/evidence and get rid of Palfrey if such
information/evidence could lead back to Baker Donelson, its Clients and the
United States Government’s role in DOMESTIC TERRORIST acts on 9/11. Such
as, it is alleged there are reports that Palfrey's professional services included: (a)
9/11 Operatives that were among Palfrey's CLIENTS; (b) the Sherlington
Limousine company was used to provide Palfrey's Call Girls to clients and events
attended by CIA Director and Director of National Intelligence (Porter Goss);
and (c) "In AUGUST 2001 Goss, Senator Bob Graham and Senator Jon Kyl visited
ISLAMABAD, Pakistan. Meetings were held with President Pervez Musharraf and
Pakistan's military and intelligence officials including the HEAD of Pakistan's
Inter Services Intelligence (ISI) General Mahmud Ahmed, as well as with the
Afghan Ambassador to Pakistan, Abdul Salam Zaeef. On the morning of September
11, 2001, Goss and Senator Bob Graham were having breakfast with General
Ahmad. Ahmad's network had ties to Osama Bin Laden and DIRECTLY
funded, supported, and trained the Taliban. They met with Musharraf and Zaeef
on the 27th. As reported by Agence France Presse on August 28, 2001, Zaeef assured

Afghanistan to launch attacks on the United States or any other country. . . With the
White House and Senator Graham, his counterpart in the Senate Intelligence

September 11. After growing pressure, Congress established the Joint Inquiry
into Intelligence Community Activities BEFORE and AFTER the Terrorist
Attacks of September 11, 2001, a joint inquiry of the two intelligence committees,
LED BY Graham and Goss. Goss and Graham made it clear that their goal was
NOT to identify specific wrongdoing: Graham said the inquiry would NOT play 'the
blame game about what went wrong from an intelligence perspective,' and Goss said,
'This is NOT a who-shall-we-hang type of investigation. It is about where are the
gaps in America's defense and what do we do about it type of investigation.'"
 It appears that ABC News had an Interest in the PALFREY matter, that Palfrey
filed, "OPPOSITION to ABC News Motion to Quash and Request for Oral
Argument" on or about December 29, 2007. Recalling that ABC's Helicopter Pilot
(Paul Smith) appears to have been KILLED/MURDERED just TWO (2) Months
PRIOR. See Docket Sheet at Entry 236 of USA vs. Palfrey in the United States
District Court (District of Columbia) - Criminal Case No. 1:07-cr-00046-JR-1.

 There appears to have been a CONFLICT-OF-INTEREST involved because
the United States of America had PERSONAL, FINANCIAL, and BUSINESS
interest in the outcome of Palfrey's case as well as the FEDERAL Public Defender

when its ONLY interest may have been to provide the United States Attorney's Office
WITH INFORMATION and EVIDENCE Palfrey had to DEFEND her case. If the
Federal Public Defender (A.J. Kramer and/or any other Public Defender) obtained
information/evidence from Palfrey during the time of representation, then it is
CLEAR that there may be not ONLY “Ethical” violations but CRIMINAL and
CIVIL RIGHTS violations here. Therefore, simply is NO EXCUSE for these
CRIMINAL acts and INJUSTICES. Yet, it appears JAMES C. DUFF and Baker
Donelson may have been in the DRIVER’S seat of these INDICTMENTS and the
“JUDICIAL” proceedings! From looking at the DOCKET entries is appears that
the GOVERNMENT’S interest in COVERING-UP information/evidence that
Palfrey had in her possession and may have provided to the FEDERAL Public
Defenders – i.e thus, moving the United States Government to MOVE to TRY and
keep information from reaching the PUBLIC and PROTECTING its own:
On 03/16/2007, there is a DOCKET Entry stating in part, ". . . the extent that
they concern DEFENDANT'S List. . . MEMORANDUM ORDER Granting
Government's Application for a Temporary Restraining Order, Protective
Order. . ."
On 03/19/07, there is a DOCKET Entry stating in part, ". . .Defendant received
TRO papers in open court." TRO stands for "Temporary Restraining Order."
On 03/22/07, there is a DOCKET Entry that states in part, ". . .to the extent that

ORDER GRANTING the Government's request for a Temporary Restraining
Order and a Request for a Hearing as to DEBORAH PALFREY. It is Hereby

civil action entitled Palfrey v. Neble, Civil Action No. 1:07-cv-461 (GK),

Family Members/Friends CONTRADICT and are
SUSPICIOUS of suicide allegations claimed
because they made themselves available to

terrorist attacks."

But officials would not say whether the trains were in automatic mode or being
operated manually. Investigators will probably focus on a possible FAILURE of
Metro's COMPUTERIZED signal system, which is DESIGNED to PREVENT trains
from coming close enough to collide, as well as operator error, according to former
Metro officials. . ."

property, shall retaliate against a public servant, a party official, or an attorney or
witness who was involved in a civil or criminal action or proceeding because the public
servant, party official, attorney, or witness discharged the duties of the public servant, party
official, attorney, or witness.

property, shall retaliate against the victim of a crime because the victim filed or prosecuted
criminal charges.

LEGALLY in possession of said monies/payments to which she is LEGALLY
