2.  I started my career in London as plumber/pipe fitter at the beginning of 90’s. Working in
domestic and industrial construction cities and have been involved in a variety of projects
and has a long and successful track of installing different types of system for buildings of
every type, from domestic house estates to hospital complex, shopping centres, schools,
industrial and commercial estates.

3. Projects:
1996-The 5-star Bentley Hotel is situated in Kensington/ Chelsea, London
Installation and testing of MWS, HWS, CWS, plant and pipe work. Sprinkler system installation, fit
out though to commission and handover-completion.
1998- Refurbishing 5- star Claridge’s Hotel, Bond Street, London.
Installation AHU’s with LPHW heating and cooling system. Plant Room.
2001-Medical Research Centre in north London. GlaxoSmithKline laboratories.
Plant room, stainless steel welding process. Working as welder/pipefitter.
2003-Multi-use sports complex with a gym and dance studio in Docklands, London

2005- new 20mln. mansion for Irish billionaire JP Mc Manus, Martinstown, Ireland, contract with
‘’SISK Ireland’’
Installation heating, water, sewage systems, fan coil units served via chilled water and LTHW heating
system for cooling and heat, ground source heat pumps system.

Hold test weld certificate.
Gas Oxy-Acetylene welding process, Arc welding, Tig/Mig welding process. The test weld
was assessed visually and by x-radiography to the quality requirements of BS2640 and
found to be acceptable.

6. In 2011 finished study in engineering at Waterford Institute of Technology with BEng
degree in Building Services Engineering. This specialises in the mechanical and
electrical services associated within the buildings, ventilation, air conditioning and
energy assessment in buildings.
Commissioning and maintaining the quality temperature and humidity of air within modern
building.
Course subjects include:
 Application of the wiring regulations and the principles associated with design and
electrical installations, energy efficient lighting design.
 The principles of fire safety standards and codes relating to a fire alarms and fire
equipment in the workplace. Basic sprinkler system design, content is based on LPS1048
Rules.
 Acoustics and Transmission of Sound. Regulations and legislation.
 Renewable Energy Technologies.
 Engineering management, include project planning, budgeting and final pricing.

8. I am a highly motivated engineer with a Bachelor of
Engineering and four years of practical on-site

detailed diagrams, plans and drawings. Commissioning,
organizing and assessing the work of contractors.

12. New medical laboratory in Furuset, Oslo. Furst. Medical liquid piping design, AHU, heating,
ventilation system, rainwater, drainage and waste harvesting system.

13. New Building Office for Malling & Co, Sandvika, Geotermal Heating System. Ventilation.
Sprinkler System. Designing site-specific equipment as required,overseeing and supervising the
installation of building systems and specifying maintenance and operating procedures.
